Ohio University Libraries, WOUB Center for Public Media, and the History Department collaborated to produce oral history interviews of soldiers and guardsmen who served with the First Division of the U.S. Army from 1944 to 2009. The project was funded by the Cantigny First Division Foundation and the McCormick Foundation. Four history students at Ohio University conducted the interviews in 2009 during phase II of the project. Phase I of the Cantigny Oral History Project was led by Ball State University and can be viewed in the Digital Media Repository of Ball State University Libraries.
